REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the products sold on The Social Approach, we enact a strict no refund policy. Once an animation video, product, service, is delivered, the sale is considered completed and is not eligible for refund.

Policy Details

  • A refund may be requested BEFORE the confirmation of the Animation Script, product, service, is delivered or confirmed with an employee of The Social Approach and customer. Once Script has been confirmed with the customer, a refund is no longer an option.
  • If an animation video, product or service is significantly not as described, please email us and a member of our management team will review the situation. Our decisions are done on a case by case basis.
  • There is no obligation for tsapproach.com to issue a refund in the case that a product was purchased by accident, purchased by a family member, or if any sort of buyer’s remorse sets in.
  • In accordance to our refund policy, we do not offer exchanges or trade-ins.
  • Should an order fail our fraud screening, the payment is promptly voided or refunded. If a customer is not able to be verified within 48 hours of purchase, the payment will be automatically returned.
